good work comes from play.
Studio art is a true passion of mine. Painting and ceramics allow me to experiment, learn, and express myself in ways that deepen my creativity—and I love how this practice flows directly into my work as a graphic designer.
Mural work
I’ve had the privilege of creating three murals for a variety of communities and organizations. The first was a collaborative project with Louisiana Tech University, where I worked alongside fellow students from my Advanced Drawing class to bring the Chennault Military Museum’s vision to life in Monroe, Louisiana. Together, we created a mural honoring military veterans—an artwork designed to recognize their service, sacrifice, and lasting impact.
This mural was commissioned by the Barksdale Air Force Base Arts & Crafts Center. For this piece, I designed and painted a large-scale tree motif meant to symbolize growth, strength, and unity within the military community. It became a warm, welcoming centerpiece for the space.
Make it stand out.
This third mural was a landscape scene created for Sophia’s Nail Spa, a family-owned salon in Shreveport, Louisiana. This piece was designed to transform the atmosphere of the salon, bringing a sense of calm, beauty, and natural elegance to their environment.
